We deliver our products to all countries and mainly UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier. To avoid any delivery delay, provide your full address along with your contact details.
Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 3-5 working days and delivery outside UAE shall be in 4-5 working days.
UAE Delivery Fees will be a Flat Rate of: AED 40 for purchases under AED 500.
Purchases over AED 500 are free of charge.
For Delivery outside the UAE you need to send us an email request. The Fees will be charged by weight, and we will before your purchase inform you about the cost.
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
If you wish to return a product you need to email us with a return request. The return request must be made to email@example.com within 48 hours of you receiving your item.
We will evaluate your return reason and get back to you the same day.
We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging.
If we accept the return and all these conditions are met, we will pick up your product within UAE free of charge.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
If your claim is accepted, we will offer you the same product or issue a credit note that you can use on our website for further shopping.
You will receive the credit note within 3-5 working days & it will be valid for next 6 months.
You can cancel any product if the items haven’t already left our workshop. If your product you want to cancel already has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
If your poster has already been printed but not yet delivered, we will refund only 50% of your purchase price, as a store credit note.
If you wish to cancel your order sending on email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you shortly.
We only exchange if the product is damaged by us or an error on our part.
If your claim is accepted, we will issue a store credit note that can be used for further shopping on our website. If the product is exchanged with another item of higher value, the difference should be settled by the customer.
If your claim is accepted by us, we will pick up your product and at the same time exchange it with a new item.
